Final Extension: Updated Submission Deadlines
In alignment with IECON 2026, the Organizing Committee has approved a final extension to the paper submission deadlines. No further extensions will be granted.

ICELIE 2026 Will Be Held in Hybrid Mode
To ensure the widest possible participation from our international community, the Organizing Committee has decided to adopt a hybrid conference format. This aligns with the decision made by our co-located conference, IECON 2026.
The conference will continue to take place in person in Doha, Qatar, from 18–21 October 2026, while also offering online presentation and participation options for authors and attendees who are unable to travel. This decision was made to:
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all participants
- Maintain the high quality and integrity of the conference
- Provide flexibility during uncertain conditions
All accepted papers will have the opportunity to be presented either onsite or online, with full consideration in the technical program. Further details regarding presentation formats and guidelines will be shared in due course.
