Call for Workshops and Tutorials
ICELIE 2026 welcomes proposals for workshops and tutorials focused on emerging topics in e-learning, educational technologies, and innovative teaching methodologies for industrial electronics education.
Tutorial Sessions
Tutorial sessions are 3-hour dedicated training programs led by academic and industry experts on emerging topics in engineering education and e-learning technologies. Accepted tutorial organizers receive one complimentary conference registration.
Tutorial Topics of Interest
Tutorials addressing these subject areas are particularly welcomed:
- Educational Technologies: Virtual reality, augmented reality, intelligent tutoring systems
- Remote Learning: Online laboratories, virtual learning environments, remote teaching platforms
- AI in Education: Machine learning applications, adaptive learning systems, automated assessment
- Learning Management Systems: Implementation, customization, and best practices
- Assessment Methods: Modern evaluation techniques, automated grading, learning analytics
- Curriculum Development: Modern pedagogical approaches, project-based learning
- Open Educational Resources: Creating and sharing educational content
Submission Requirements
Proposals must include:
- Tutorial subject and chair/co-chair information
- Description (maximum 600 words) explaining the tutorial content and target audience
- Topics and subtopics breakdown with time allocation
- Relevance and learning outcomes (under 600 words)
- Presenter bios with photos and affiliations
- Up to 10 relevant publications from organizers demonstrating expertise
Important Restriction: Organizers must represent at least two different institutions and preferably more than one country.
Proposal Submission
Please send your proposal in PDF format to the e-mail address admin@icelie.org. Tutorial proposals will be accepted until April 15, 2026. Early submissions are encouraged for earlier acceptance notification.
Workshop Sessions
Workshops provide an opportunity for in-depth, interactive discussions on specific topics related to e-learning and engineering education. Workshop proposals should demonstrate how the session will engage participants and foster collaborative learning.
Workshop Proposal Requirements
Workshop proposals should include:
- Workshop title and organizers (with affiliations)
- Workshop description and objectives (maximum 400 words)
- Proposed format and activities
- Expected outcomes and deliverables
- Target audience and maximum number of participants
- Required equipment or special arrangements
